How long are your shipping times?
Our products are made to order and will ship out within 2 - 4 business days of your order and then can take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Due to COVID-19 production times and shipping times may be delayed 10 - 20 additional  days due to limited staff on hand. Once orders are shipped customers will receive tracking information. Any other questions you may have can be directed to customerservice@rarefindstore.com

What your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
All returns must go back  to  address found on shipping label.. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 


What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order, wrong size, color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, simply notify us and we will give you a refund and you can ship it back to us free of charge. 

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you do not get the product that you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
